Overview

rmi is built around a simple principle: your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information.

What we collect

Nothing. rmi operates entirely on-device. Your reminders, tags, saved locations, and history never leave your phone and are never transmitted to any server.

Permissions we request

Notifications — required to deliver your reminders. Only requested when you schedule your first reminder.
Location (when in use) — used to trigger location-based reminders when you arrive at or leave a saved place. Only requested when you use the "when" trigger mode.
Location (always / background) — required for location reminders to fire when the app is in the background. Only requested if you enable a location-based reminder.

Location data is processed on-device by iOS. No location data is ever sent to us or any third party.

In-app purchases

rmi offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Unlimited") processed entirely by Apple. We do not handle or store any payment information. Purchase records are managed by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

rmi does not integrate any analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. We use Apple's standard notification and location APIs only.

Children's privacy

rmi does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, the app is safe for all ages.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change our data practices, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. We will not introduce data collection without updating this policy first.
